HKTB Chairman Welcomes Arrangement to Relaunch Bilateral Hong Kong-Singapore Air Travel Bubble
HONG KONG–(Business enterprise WIRE)–Dr YK Pang, Chairman of the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), welcomes the settlement among the Governments of the Hong Kong SAR and Singapore on relaunching the bilateral Hong Kong-Singapore Air Travel Bubble (ATB).
Dr Pang stated, “Relaunching the Air Vacation Bubble with Singapore is the first stage in Hong Kong’s resumption of intercontinental vacation, and a milestone for getting ready the town for steadily welcoming a lot more readers back again. We assume that travellers at the early phase of the launch of the ATB are those who travel for spouse and children visits or other crucial factors, and leisure travellers will return successively.”
Meanwhile, the HKTB will proceed to work with the tourism-associated sectors in improving Hong Kong in general anti-epidemic actions in the city, such as a standardised cleanliness protocol launched last year for inns, eating places, transportation, procuring malls, tour operators and other tourism-relevant sectors, creating a healthy and safe and sound tourism graphic for Hong Kong.
