MIDHURST – The County of Simcoe in partnership with Regional Tourism Organization 7 (RTO7), Grey County, and the Cities of Barrie and Orillia have released a non-repayable relief fund ranging from $2,500 to $20,000 to aid compact and medium tourism firms.

This fund is supposed to help offset the large cost of retaining patrons and staff safe although adapting to the shifting overall health and protection prerequisites and the growing safety needs all through COVID-19. 

All little to medium tourism businesses with between 1 and 99 staff members in Simcoe County, Grey County and the towns of Barrie and Orillia are inspired to implement, like not-for-revenue businesses that assistance tourism. Enterprises are required have a 20 for every cent dollars contribution.
