Ukrainians urged to getaway in Turkey after Russia’s journey ban

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has urged his fellow citizens to family vacation in Turkey in help of Ankara soon after Russia suspended flights to Turkey.
Talking after the Nationwide Protection and Stability Council assembly on April 15, Zelenskiy assessed his journey to Turkey, which took position on April 10, the place he met with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
“I am grateful to Turkey and especially to Erdoğan. He is truly supportive of Ukraine,” Zelenskiy explained, including that it is essential for Ukraine that the Turkish leader supports Kyiv’s stance and that he rejects the annexation of Crimea.

Russia announced on April 12 that it resolved to suspend common and charter flights with Turkey from April 15 to June, citing problems over the COVID-19 circumstance in Turkey.
