On August 31, in Hanoi, Chairman of Vietnam Countrywide Administration of Tourism Nguyen Trung Khanh chaired an on the net meeting with Departments of Tourism, tourism associations, tour tutorial associations of provinces/towns in Ha Noi, Quang Ninh, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh Metropolis on applying functions to guidance tour guides facing issues owing to the Covid-19 pandemic.

These localities are tourism hubs with a range of tour guides accounting for about 70% of complete tour guides in Viet Nam.

Talking at the conference, Chairman Nguyen Trung Khanh said that, based mostly on Resolution 68/NQ-CP of Govt and Determination 23/2021/QD-TTg of Prime Minister on supporting staff and employers struggling with problems thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, Ministry of Culture, Athletics and Tourism and Vietnam Nationwide Administration of Tourism (VNAT) have issued a sequence of paperwork to instantly information localities to implement activities to assist the tour guides.

Following more than a thirty day period of implementation, hundreds of tour guides have acquired a guidance offer.
