The St. Joe Enterprise (NYSE: JOE) yesterday announces strategies for a Household2 Suites by Hilton resort in Santa Rosa Seashore, Florida. St. Joe intends to establish the hotel on its assets in the vicinity of West Hewett Highway just north of US Highway 98.

Designs contact for the 4-story resort to function 107 guest rooms including some a person-bedroom suites.
