ALEXANDRIA, VA — Vacation+Leisure is highlighting Town Council member and Manumission Tour Corporation operator John T. Chapman in new online video about his Underground Railroad tour.
The Underground Railroad Route, a walking tour introduced in tumble 2020, is discussed in a online video introduced by the journal in time for Black History Thirty day period.
